Refund policy

Love it or it's free. If you're not happy with a restored photo, email support@heirloomphotolab.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll redo it at no charge, and if you're still not happy, we'll refund that photo in full. No forms, no questions.

Canvas prints: if your print arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo of it within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you in full. Because each print is custom-made from your photo, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
